Hotel Riedl - Kossen

During my recent family vacation, we stayed at a wonderful guesthouse just outside a charming Austrian village. the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Tanya at the front desk who provided us with English translations of the menu and helped us with bus transportation. Our room was exceptionally clean and had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. the sauna area was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring, and the breakfast offered a delicious assortment of breads and cheeses. We were also impressed with the hotel's brand new swimming pool.

The location was a bit further from other attractions we wanted to visit.

Great Sauna Area and lovely view from the pool area. We had a nice, cozy room with a comfortable bed which we really liked. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a good location, near some great outdoor activities.

The price of our stay was way too expensive, far from reasonable for the quality we got. , the staff was not overly friendly or helpful and made us feel unwelcome.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The room was super clean with a fine view. The swimming pool and sauna area were fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking, transportation, and local tips.

Nothing all good. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Upon arrival, very cute atmosphere, informed about hotel deals. Provided a bus card for easy transport. Clean room with great view. Excellent swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Delicious breakfast, excellent restaurant menu. Friendly and skilled team.

The location of the hotel is decent, with a nearby bus stop and a nice view. the room was clean and comfortable enough to relax in after long days out. the swimming pool was a nice extra and it was great to be able to go for a swim. the breakfast was basic but decent, with a selection of bread, cheeses, and juice.

The staff was not very helpful, and we had to use Google Translate to communicate. We had to ask multiple times for towels and other essentials, and it was frustrating that they were not readily available.

The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views. We were especially impressed with the brand new swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Look no further, this hotel is an absolute must-visit. We highly recommend it to everyone.
